Grilled Peaches Prosciutto & Brie with Strawberry Balsamic Drizzle



  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the peach halves on the grill, cut side down.
  • Grill for 3-4 minutes until the peaches are tender and grill marks appear.
  • Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  • Place a small wedge of brie cheese on each grilled peach half.
  • Wrap each peach half with a slice of prosciutto, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
  • Drizzle the assembled peaches with aged balsamic vinegar.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or basil leaves, if desired.
  • Serve immediately while the peaches are warm, and the brie is slightly melted.
