What is Pu-erh tea?
Pu-erh (pronounced poo-AIR) is a post-fermented tea from Yunnan Province, China — one of the oldest and most revered tea traditions in the world. Unlike green or black tea, which are processed and consumed relatively quickly, Pu-erh undergoes a microbial fermentation process in which the leaves are hand-piled and aged, allowing deep internal transformation to occur. The result is a tea unlike any other: dark, complex, earthy, and smooth, with a flavor profile that deepens and evolves with time. How to brew

- Remove the leaves promptly at 4 minutes and enjoy.
