Sometimes we overcomplicate salads.
But when the ingredients are fresh and the olive oil is beautiful, you don’t need much more.
This Super Salad is crisp, colorful, and full of texture. Mixed greens, sweet cherry tomatoes, bright bell peppers, cool cucumber, and thin ribbons of onion — all brought together with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar and a good Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The lemon balsamic adds brightness without overpowering the vegetables. It’s clean and light, and when paired with quality olive oil and just a sprinkle of sea salt, it becomes the kind of dressing you’ll want to use again and again.
I love serving this alongside grilled chicken or seafood, but it’s just as lovely on its own. Simple. Fresh. And exactly what a salad should be.

A crisp and colorful salad made with mixed greens and fresh vegetables, tossed with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar and Persian Lime Premium Olive Oil.
Ingredients

¼ cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

¼ cup Persian Lime Premium Olive Oil

¼ to ½ teaspoon sea salt, to taste

Mixed greens
-
1 pint cherry tomatoes
-
½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
-
½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
-
1 cucumber, sliced
-
1 small white or red onion, thinly sliced into rings
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, and onion.
Drizzle with Persian Lime Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
