Peach Avocado & Chicken Salad


  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Mixed salad greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced



  • Arrange the mixed salad greens on a large platter or individual plates.
  • Top with sliced peaches, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  • Add the grilled and sliced chicken breasts.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving.
  • Toss the salad gently to coat all the ingredients with the vinaigrette.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, vibrant flavors!
