Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Mixed salad greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)

Vinaigrette:
- ¼ cup Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ cup Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Franklin Raw Honey

Instructions:
- Arrange the mixed salad greens on a large platter or individual plates.
- Top with sliced peaches, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Add the grilled and sliced chicken breasts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving.
