
Grilled Peaches with Honey and Chipotle Olive Oil

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle Olive Oil (from Little Shop of Olive Oils)
- 1/4 cup Franklin Honey
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey and Chipotle Olive Oil. Mix well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with a bit of the honey and chipotle olive oil mixture.
- Place the peaches cut side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes, until grill marks appear, and the peaches are slightly softened.
- Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and place them on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the remaining honey and chipotle olive oil mixture over the grilled peaches.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a touch of color and added freshness.
- Serve the grilled peaches warm as a delicious dessert or side dish. They pair perfectly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat.
