Arugula and Fig Salad
For the Salad:
- Goat cheese
- Fig's (sliced)
For the Dressing:
- ½ cup Tuscan Herb Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- Sea salt
- Fresh herbs of your choice
- In a large salad bowl combine the arugula, walnuts, goat cheese, and fig slices.
- In a small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately. Enjoy!
