This Easy Peasy Caprese is a fresh and beautiful appetizer made with mini bocconcini, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, Tuscan Herb Premium Olive Oil, and Traditional Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Ingredients

2 cups mini Bocconcini pieces (or small pieces of mozzarella)

2 cups cherry tomatoes

Fresh basil, small bunch

4 Tbsp Tuscan Herb Premium Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Traditional Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Chop the basil, reserving a few leaves for garnish if desired.
In a large bowl, combine the mini Bocconcini, chopped basil, and Tuscan Herb Premium Olive Oil.
Spoon the mixture into stemless martini glasses or small serving glasses.
