Ingredients: 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tablespoon Fig Balsamic Vinegar 3 pieces of prosciutto 3 medium sized figs 1/4 cup plain whipped cream cheese Instructions: Using a medium plate, place the arugula on the bottom as a bed Place 3 prosciutto pieces in a triangle configuration Slice your figs into 4 notches and set atop the prosciutto slices Place the whipped cream into a piping bag (I use a ziplock remove the bottom corner) Pipe the cream into the center of the figs (pulse up and down to get the rippled texture) Add oil and vinegar to a mason jar and shake to emulsify Drizzle on cream cheese and serve immediately
