Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fig Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 pieces of prosciutto
- 3 medium sized figs
- 1/4 cup plain whipped cream cheese
Instructions:
- Using a medium plate, place the arugula on the bottom as a bed
- Place 3 prosciutto pieces in a triangle configuration
- Slice your figs into 4 notches and set atop the prosciutto slices
- Place the whipped cream into a piping bag (I use a ziplock remove the bottom corner)
- Pipe the cream into the center of the figs (pulse up and down to get the rippled texture)
- Add oil and vinegar to a mason jar and shake to emulsify
- Drizzle on cream cheese and serve immediately
