Cheesy Fig Salad



  • Using a medium plate, place the arugula on the bottom as a bed
  • Place 3 prosciutto pieces in a triangle configuration
  • Slice your figs into 4 notches and set atop the prosciutto slices
  • Place the whipped cream into a piping bag (I use a ziplock remove the bottom corner)
  • Pipe the cream into the center of the figs (pulse up and down to get the rippled texture)
  • Add oil and vinegar to a mason jar and shake to emulsify
  • Drizzle on cream cheese and serve immediately
