Bright Green Salad with White Balsamic
Share
This is the kind of salad I make when I want something fresh and simple, but still full of flavor. Crisp greens, juicy tomatoes, and just enough dressing to bring everything together — no heavy ingredients, no fuss.
Swapping in Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil adds a light blend of garlic, parsley, and citrus that works beautifully with Ultra Premium White Balsamic Vinegar. It keeps the salad bright and balanced, while a little Dijon and honey round out the dressing without taking over.
Finished with crumbled feta and fresh basil, this salad is perfect on its own or served alongside grilled chicken, fish, or pasta. It’s easy, reliable, and one of those recipes you’ll come back to again and again.
