Roasted Pears with Balsamic and Honey
Share
There’s something about roasted pears that feels effortless and beautiful.
They don’t need much. Just a little warmth. A little sweetness. And something to bring it all together.
In this recipe, slightly underripe pears are sautéed gently in butter, then roasted until tender. When they’re flipped and drizzled with our Cinnamon Pear Aged Dark Balsamic, the magic really begins.
The balsamic deepens the natural pear flavor and adds that warm cinnamon note that makes the whole kitchen smell incredible. A final drizzle of runny honey softens everything and creates a glossy finish that feels just a little indulgent.
Serve them warm with a spoonful of the pan juices. Add vanilla ice cream if you like — it melts into the balsamic and honey in the most wonderful way.
Simple ingredients. Gentle sweetness.
The kind of dessert that feels thoughtful without being complicated.
