Refreshing Melon Ball Cups Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 small watermelon
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1 honeydew melon
- Drizzle of Peach Balsamic
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon in half and remove the seeds.
- Using a melon baller, scoop out balls from each melon. Place the melon balls in a large mixing bowl.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill the melon balls.
- Once chilled, take small serving cups and fill each with a mix of watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon balls.
- Drizzle the balsamic...just a little.
- Garnish each cup with a fresh mint leaf
