- Fresh pineapple (rings or slices)
- 1/4 cup Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar
- Vanilla ice cream
- Optional: mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, sprinkles.
- Add the pineapple to a shallow bowl and cover in balsamic. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours.
- Heat grill to high and add the pineapple. Check and flip every minute until caramelized with some nice grill marks.
- Let cool then serve with vanilla ice cream and your favorite toppings.
