This combination is perfect for to start off your summer right!
Ingredients
- Fresh pineapple (rings or slices)

1/4 cup Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar
- Vanilla ice cream
- Optional: mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, sprinkles.
Directions
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours.
Heat grill to high and add the pineapple.
Check and flip every minute until caramelized with nice grill marks.
Let cool, then serve with vanilla ice cream and your favorite toppings.
