Grilled Peaches & Ice Cream



  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, EVOO, and honey.
  • Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the balsamic and olive oil mixture.
  • Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 3-4 minutes until you see nice grill marks.
  • Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side. Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  • Place two grilled peach halves on each serving plate.
  • Top each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Drizzle any remaining balsamic and olive oil mixture over the ice cream and peaches.
  • Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs for added texture and flavor.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
