Grilled Peach with Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter melted, plus 2 tablespoon more for the pan
- 4 large ripe peaches, cut in half and stone removed
- 4 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 tablespoon dark rum
- 1 teaspoon Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- mint or any fresh herbs for garnish
- 2 tablespoons Franklin Raw Honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Heat grill on low
- brush cut halves of peaches with melted butter and grill (cut side down, about 3 minutes).
- Meanwhile, whisk together maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, rum and balsamic in a small bowl
- Remove peaches and place in a cast iron pan (cut side up).
- Spoon rum mixture over the peaches
- Place pan back on the grill, cover, and cook for 5 minutes (until peaches are tender)
- Remove from heat, and from pan
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
- Garnish with herbs and drizzle with honey
