Grilled Peach with Ice Cream


  • 2 tablespoon butter melted, plus 2 tablespoon more for the pan
  • 4 large ripe peaches, cut in half and stone removed
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoon dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • mint or any fresh herbs for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Franklin Raw Honey for drizzling


  • Heat grill on low
  • brush cut halves of peaches with melted butter and grill (cut side down, about 3 minutes).
  • Meanwhile, whisk together maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, rum and balsamic in a small bowl
  • Remove peaches and place in a cast iron pan (cut side up).
  • Spoon rum mixture over the peaches
  • Place pan back on the grill, cover, and cook for 5 minutes (until peaches are tender)
  • Remove from heat, and from pan
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
  • Garnish with herbs and drizzle with honey
