Raspberry Gin Lime Rickey

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. gin
• 1 oz. Raspberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
• ½ oz. simple syrup
• Club soda
• Lime and raspberries to garnish

Instructions:

• In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, raspberry balsamic and simple syrup.
• Shake well until cold and pour into an ice-filled glass.
• Add club soda and garnish with raspberries and a lime wedge.
