- 2 tablespoons Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- Splash of Orange Juice
- 1 ounce vodka (optional)
- 3-4 ounces Prosecco, chilled
- Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for serving (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (or basil if you like) and sliced peaches for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker combine the balsamic vinegar, orange juice, and vodka. Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and top off with Prosecco.
Garnish with a very small drip of olive oil, fresh basil or mint, and peaches. Enjoy!
