Peach Sangria at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

Peach Sangria

There’s something about peaches at their peak that feels like summer captured in fruit.

This Peach Sangria is light, fragrant, and just sweet enough — the kind of drink you pour into a glass over ice and linger with. The fresh peach slices soften gently in the wine, and the splash of Peach White Balsamic Vinegar brings brightness and depth that balances everything beautifully.

It’s not heavy. It’s not overly sweet. It’s fresh and layered, with just enough sparkle from the seltzer to keep it lively.

I love making this ahead of time and letting it chill. The longer it rests, the more the flavors come together. Add a few raspberries, a sprig of mint, maybe an orange slice, and suddenly it feels like a celebration.

Simple ingredients. Beautiful flavor. Pure summer.

Congratulations!!!! I love this recipe! I have also enjoyed all the other recipes you have posted, helps me decide what oils and vinegar I will like to try! Actually I love every single one I have bought! We do have salads with dinner every night and your oil and vinegar is what tops it off! I love the fact also, that it comes from the East Coast; which I am from originally! Missing it immensely! Thankyou for your product!!!!
