Peach Firecracker Mocktail


  • 2 cups peach puree - available in your grocer international aisle
  • 1 Tbsp Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Sprig of Rosemary and more for garnish
  • 8 Mandarin seltzers


  • In a blender or bullet, blend peach puree, peach balsamic, orange and lemon juice, and cinnamon until smooth. 
  • Pour into an airtight container or mason jar. Add rosemary sprig and cover overnight.
  • Add ¼ cup of puree in the bottom of a glass.  Fill with ice. Top with Mandarin Seltzer. Garnish with rosemary sprig.  Enjoy!
