
Peach Firecracker Mocktail

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups peach puree - available in your grocer international aisle
- 1 Tbsp Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ cup orange juice
- Juice of one lemon
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Sprig of Rosemary and more for garnish
- 8 Mandarin seltzers
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender or bullet, blend peach puree, peach balsamic, orange and lemon juice, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Pour into an airtight container or mason jar. Add rosemary sprig and cover overnight.
- Add ¼ cup of puree in the bottom of a glass. Fill with ice. Top with Mandarin Seltzer. Garnish with rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
