Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces Ginger Beer
- 1 ounce Pomegranate Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2-ounce fresh lime juice
- Mint sprigs, Pomegranate Seeds and Blood Orange slices for Garnish (optional)
- Crushed Ice
Instructions:
- Pour ginger beer in your choice of glass or mug
- Combine vodka, balsamic and lime juice into shaker with crushed ice. Shake Well.
- Strain mixture into the mug with ginger beer.
- Garnish with mint, seeds and orange and enjoy!
