Lychee Spritzer-The Little Shop of Olive Oils

Lychee Spritzer


  • 4 oz sparkling wine or champagne
  • 1 oz lychee juice (from canned lychees)
  • 1 tablespoon Kaimana Lychee White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sparkling water to top up.
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • A sprig of fresh thyme for garnish


  • In a champagne flute, combine the sparkling wine or champagne with lychee juice.
  • Add the lychee white balsamic vinegar and stir gently to mix.
  • Top up the glass with sparkling water for a light fizz.
  • Drop in a couple of fresh raspberries and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
