Lychee Spritzer

Ingredients:
- 4 oz sparkling wine or champagne
- 1 oz lychee juice (from canned lychees)
- 1 tablespoon Kaimana Lychee White Balsamic Vinegar
- Sparkling water to top up.
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
- A sprig of fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions:
- In a champagne flute, combine the sparkling wine or champagne with lychee juice.
- Add the lychee white balsamic vinegar and stir gently to mix.
- Top up the glass with sparkling water for a light fizz.
- Drop in a couple of fresh raspberries and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
