Lemongrass Mint Margarita
Share
There’s something about a margarita that instantly makes things feel festive.
But this version? This one has layers.
The Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic Vinegar in the simple syrup brings a bright citrus note with a subtle herbal finish that makes this margarita feel refined without losing that refreshing kick. It’s still crisp. Still vibrant. But there’s something just a little more interesting happening in every sip.
I love rimming the glass with Tajín for a hint of spice, adding fresh mint for aroma, and maybe even a cucumber ribbon if I’m feeling fancy. It’s a cocktail that feels thoughtful but effortless — exactly the kind of drink you want to serve when friends gather around the table.
Fresh lime. Good tequila. And that beautiful lemongrass balsamic tying it all together.

Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding slightly more or less simple syrup.
- Tajín adds a lovely contrast to the citrus.
- This also makes a beautiful mocktail — just replace tequila and triple sec with sparkling water.
