Lemongrass Mint Julep



  • Muddle a handful of fresh mint leaves at the bottom of a chilled cup or highball glass.
  • Add the lemongrass mint balsamic vinegar and a splash of simple syrup if desired.
  • Fill the cup with crushed ice to the brim.
  • Pour over the bourbon and stir gently to combine all the flavors, allowing the mint and lemongrass notes to fully infuse.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint.
