Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice
- Simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
- Muddle a handful of fresh mint leaves at the bottom of a chilled cup or highball glass.
- Add the lemongrass mint balsamic vinegar and a splash of simple syrup if desired.
- Fill the cup with crushed ice to the brim.
- Pour over the bourbon and stir gently to combine all the flavors, allowing the mint and lemongrass notes to fully infuse.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
