Cinnamon Pear Spiked Bellini

Cinnamon Pear Spiked Bellini at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

There’s something about a Bellini that feels celebratory.

But when you add pear and warm cinnamon spice? It becomes cozy and festive all at once.

This Cinnamon Pear Spiked Bellini starts with smooth pear purée and our Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic. The balsamic adds depth and gentle warmth — not sharpness — just that soft, spiced note that makes the pear taste richer and more layered.

A splash of vodka is optional if you’d like a little extra kick. Then top it all with chilled Prosecco, and suddenly you have bubbles dancing with warm spice.

If you really want to make it special, rim the glass with cinnamon sugar. It looks beautiful and adds just a hint of sweetness with each sip.

It’s perfect for brunch, holiday mornings, or any gathering where you want something a little different — something thoughtful.

Bubbly. Warm. Just a little unexpected.
