Every New Year’s Eve celebration needs a signature drink and this recipe for berry champagne punch is perfect for a crowd!
- 1 cup blackberry brandy
- ½ cup Chambord
- 1 tablespoon Cascadian Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda
- 2 (750 ml) bottles Pink Champagne
- 2 cups frozen berries
- Combine brandy, Chambord, soda, balsamic, and champagne in a large pitcher. Add one cup of frozen berries to the pitcher.
- Before serving, place a few frozen berries into each champagne flute. Pour champagne punch over fruit in glasses and enjoy. Cheers!
