Cascadian Wild Raspberry Smoothie

Every once in a while, someone in the shop will taste one of our fruit balsamics and look at me with a puzzled expression.
Then comes the question:
“Wait… you can use this in drinks?”
Absolutely.
One of my favorite ways to show people just how versatile balsamic vinegar can be is with a simple smoothie like this Cascadian Raspberry Smoothie. It’s bright, fruity, and just a little unexpected.
The star here is Cascadian Raspberry White Balsamic. It has this beautiful balance of sweet and tart raspberry flavor that instantly wakes up anything you add it to. When blended with fresh raspberries and bananas, it turns into a smoothie that tastes fresh, vibrant, and naturally sweet.
The bananas make it creamy, the raspberries bring that bold berry flavor, and the balsamic adds a gentle tang that pulls everything together. Add almond milk and a splash of orange or cranberry juice, and suddenly you’ve got something that feels a little special without being complicated.
It’s one of those recipes that takes about two minutes to make, but it feels like something you’d order at a little café on vacation.
I love this smoothie in the morning when I want something quick but still satisfying. It’s also great as an afternoon pick-me-up when you need something refreshing.
And if you’ve never tried balsamic vinegar in a smoothie before, this is the perfect place to start.
It might surprise you in the best way.

Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- The Cascadian Raspberry White Balsamic adds a bright raspberry flavor with just the right balance of sweetness and tang.
- Frozen raspberries can be used if fresh berries aren’t available.
- If you like a thicker smoothie, use frozen bananas instead of fresh.
