Cascadian Raspberry Margarita
Share
Every once in a while in the shop, someone will taste our Cascadian Raspberry Balsamic and immediately say, “This would be amazing in a cocktail.”
And they’re right.
Fruit balsamics have this beautiful balance of sweetness and brightness that makes them perfect for drinks. They add depth in a way that simple syrup just can’t.
This Cascadian Raspberry Margarita is one of those recipes that feels a little special but is still incredibly easy to make. Fresh raspberries bring natural fruit flavor, lime juice gives it that classic margarita zing, and the raspberry balsamic ties everything together with a sweet-tart finish.
I also like using a touch of agave nectar, which blends beautifully with tequila and keeps the drink smooth instead of overly sharp.
The first time I made this, I remember thinking how pretty it looked in the glass. That soft raspberry color, a salted rim, and a little lime garnish… it’s the kind of drink that makes an ordinary evening feel a little more festive.
It’s perfect for summer gatherings, taco night, or sitting on the porch with friends.
And if you’re already a fan of raspberries and lime together, this margarita might become your new favorite.
Cheers to simple recipes that make life a little more fun.

Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine strainer into a container to remove the seeds.
Stir the agave nectar and Cascadian Raspberry Balsamic into the strained mixture.
Dip the rims of your glasses in a little water, then dip them into the Himalayan sea salt to coat the edges.
In a cocktail shaker, combine: 4 ounces tequila, 4 ounces of the raspberry mixture, orange liqueur, and crushed ice.
