Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Margarita
Share
I love a margarita that feels fresh — not overly sweet, not heavy — just bright and balanced.
This Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Margarita is exactly that.
Freshly squeezed Cara Cara orange juice gives it a soft citrus sweetness, while a squeeze of lime keeps everything crisp. Add a splash of tequila and triple sec, and you have the classic margarita base… but then comes the magic.
A half ounce of our Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Aged Balsamic.
It doesn’t make the drink taste like vinegar — it deepens the citrus, adds warmth from the vanilla, and rounds out the edges in the most beautiful way. It’s subtle, but once you taste it, you’ll never skip it again.
Salt on the rim. Ice in the glass. Fresh citrus for garnish.
It’s the kind of cocktail that feels special enough for entertaining but simple enough to make on a Friday night.
Bright. Smooth. Just a little unexpected.

Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- Freshly squeezed orange juice makes a noticeable difference in brightness.
- The balsamic enhances the citrus and adds depth without overpowering the cocktail.
- For entertaining, pre-mix a larger batch (without ice) and shake individual servings to order.
