Apple Pear Mimosa with Cinnamon Pear Balsamic

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apple cider, chilled
  • 1/2 cup pear juice, chilled
  • 1-2 tbsp Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or Champagne, chilled
  • Cinnamon sticks and star anise (for garnish, optional)
  • Sliced apple or pear (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  • In a small pitcher, combine the apple cider, pear juice, and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  • Pour the apple-pear mixture into each glass, filling it about one-third to halfway, depending on your taste.
  • Slowly top off each glass with chilled Prosecco or Champagne. Gently stir to incorporate.
  • Add a cinnamon stick or star anise to each glass for a festive touch, and garnish with a thin slice of apple or pear if desired.
