Apple Pear Mimosa with Cinnamon Pear Balsamic

Ingredients:
- 1 cup apple cider, chilled
- 1/2 cup pear juice, chilled
- 1-2 tbsp Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 bottle Prosecco or Champagne, chilled
- Cinnamon sticks and star anise (for garnish, optional)
- Sliced apple or pear (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- In a small pitcher, combine the apple cider, pear juice, and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic. Stir well to blend the flavors.
- Pour the apple-pear mixture into each glass, filling it about one-third to halfway, depending on your taste.
- Slowly top off each glass with chilled Prosecco or Champagne. Gently stir to incorporate.
- Add a cinnamon stick or star anise to each glass for a festive touch, and garnish with a thin slice of apple or pear if desired.
