Ingredients:
- 6-8 ounces goat cheese, at room temperature (you can also use Gorgonzola and Mascarpone mix 1:1)
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Premium Olive Oil
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread, sliced about 1/2 inch thick
- Herbes de Provence Olive Oil for drizzling
- Himalayan Sea Salt and pepper
- 2 Ripe peaches, sliced
- 10 Sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/3 Cup raw walnuts
- Franklin Raw Honey, for drizzling
- Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, for drizzling
- Preheat your oven to 400℉
- In a medium bowl, stir together the cheese and lemon olive oil.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and brush with Herbes de Provence olive oil on both sides.
- Place the bread in the oven for about 2-3 minutes per side or until lightly toasted. Remove from the oven and place on a decorative serving tray.
- Spread the cheese over the bread and top with peaches.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with thyme and walnuts.
- Drizzle with honey and balsamic.
- Serve and enjoy!
