Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. chicken wings (drums and flats)
- 1 tbsp Organic And Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil Store
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ cup Sweet and Hot Pepper Jelly
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Franklin Raw Honey
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
- While the wings are baking, combine Sweet & Hot Pepper Jelly, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the jelly melts and the sauce becomes smooth and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place in a large bowl. Pour the pepper jelly sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the wings to a serving platter and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces!
