  • 3-4 oz. of smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 large green apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh dill, plus more for garnish

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Edible flowers for garnish (optional)

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and lemon balsamic until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Carefully place a few cucumber and radish slices on the cream cheese mixture for visual appeal.
  • Add the apple slices to the back side of the glass.
  • Gently fold or roll slices of smoked salmon and place them near the apple slices.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill and, if desired, an edible flower for an extra touch of elegance.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
