Ingredients:
- 3-4 oz. of smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 large green apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 1 cucumber, sliced thin
- 3 radish, sliced thin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and lemon balsamic until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare your serving glasses. Begin with a sprinkle of red onion followed spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the bottom.
- Carefully place a few cucumber and radish slices on the cream cheese mixture for visual appeal.
- Add the apple slices to the back side of the glass.
- Gently fold or roll slices of smoked salmon and place them near the apple slices.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill and, if desired, an edible flower for an extra touch of elegance.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
