This Peach Balsamic Bruschetta is a fresh and flavorful summer appetizer made with juicy peaches, Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, raw honey, basil, creamy goat cheese, and toasted baguette slices. It is sweet, tangy, creamy, and perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients

3 large fresh peaches, pits removed and chopped in small pieces

1 tablespoon Franklin Raw Honey

3 tablespoons Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut in thin strips

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

1 baguette
-
1/4 cup Herbes de Provence
-
8 oz goat cheese log
-
Olive oil, for brushing bread slices
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the chopped peaches, Franklin Raw Honey, and Peach White Balsamic Vinegar.
Stir in the fresh basil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Slice the baguette into 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch thick slices, cutting at a slight angle if desired.
Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil and arrange on a broiling pan.
Broil the bread slices for about 3 minutes, until lightly toasted.
Flip the slices and broil for another 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread each slice with goat cheese.
Spoon the peach mixture over the top of each slice.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Optional
Sprinkle with a little extra basil for garnish.
Drizzle with a touch more Peach White Balsamic Vinegar just before serving.
Add a light pinch of Herbes de Provence to the peach mixture for an herbal note.
