Mango and Pineapple Salsa at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

Mango & Pineapple Salsa


  • 2 mangos (diced)
  • 1 pineapple (diced)
  • 2 finely diced jalapenos (seeds and membranes removed)
  • 2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • salt (to taste)


  • Add the mangos, jalapenos, red onion, cilantro and pineapple to a mixing bowl and mix to combine
  • Add the lime juice, olive oil and toss to coat
  • Taste and season as needed with salt
  • Serve immediately with chips or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days
