Bright, Fresh & Totally Addictive: Mango Pineapple Salsa
At The Little Shop, we love a good summer salsa—and this one checks all the boxes: sweet mango, juicy pineapple, a kick of red onion, and a splash of citrusy zip. It’s tropical, it’s zesty, and it’s just the thing to spoon over grilled chicken, tuck into fish tacos, or serve up with a pile of tortilla chips at your next backyard get-together.
Want to make it extra special? A drizzle of our Pineapple White Balsamic takes this salsa from tasty to totally crave-worthy. It balances the sweetness with just the right hint of tang.
We keep a batch of this in the fridge all summer long—it’s sunshine in a bowl!
Serving idea: Try it with grilled shrimp skewers or over seared cod for an easy weeknight win.

Tracey’s Notes
This is one of those recipes that’s just easy in the best way. It’s fresh, bright, and comes together in minutes, but adds so much flavor to whatever you’re serving. I love it with chips, but it’s especially good spooned over grilled chicken or fish for a simple, fresh finish.
