
Garlic Olive Oil Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat for best texture)
- 1/2 English cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil (from The Little Shop of Olive Oils)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or more for extra garlic flavor)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Grate and drain the cucumber – after grating, squeeze out excess water using a clean towel or paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, Garlic Olive Oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the drained cucumber and fresh herbs.
- Let the dip chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Drizzle with a little more Garlic Olive Oil before serving.
