Ingredients
- 6 bulbs whole garlic
- A sprinkle of sea salt
- A sprinkle of black pepper
- A drizzle of Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400℉
- Slice off the tops of your garlic bulbs to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle each bulb with EVOO and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Garlic is done when it is browned, and the cloves are soft.
