Ingredients ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 baguette sliced into 1” pieces 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 small garlic clove, minced ¼ teaspoon sea salt 6 hard-boiled eggs, diced 1 hard-boiled egg for garnish (sliced) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (your favorite) for garnish Instructions Be sure to let the eggs cool first In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and salt Mix in the eggs (Lightly mash the mixture if it's too chunky) Spread the egg mixture on the baguette slices Garnish with herbs and eg slices Serve immediately
