Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 baguette sliced into 1” pieces
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1 hard-boiled egg for garnish (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (your favorite) for garnish
Instructions
- Be sure to let the eggs cool first
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and salt
- Mix in the eggs (Lightly mash the mixture if it's too chunky)
- Spread the egg mixture on the baguette slices
- Garnish with herbs and eg slices
- Serve immediately
