Cherry, Bacon and Maple Bites

Cherry, Bacon and Maple Bites at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

Sometimes, the simplest appetizers make the biggest impression — and these Cherry Bacon and Maple Bites are proof. Crisp, buttery phyllo shells hold a creamy base of whipped cream cheese, topped with sweet cherries, smoky bacon, and a drizzle of our Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar.

The result? A perfectly balanced bite — crunchy, creamy, salty, and sweet with just the right hint of thyme to tie it all together. They’re elegant enough for your holiday table but easy enough to whip up in minutes.

Whether you’re hosting a festive gathering, looking for something special for your charcuterie spread, or just need a go-to appetizer that wows, these bite-sized treats deliver every time. Pair them with a light red wine like a Pinot Noir, and you’ve got a pairing your guests won’t forget.
