
Caprese Bruschetta with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients (Makes 6 pieces):
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch thick rounds
- 2 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 1–2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Traditional Balsamic, for drizzling
Instructions:
- Toast the bread: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Brush each baguette slice lightly with Garlic Olive Oil. Toast on a baking sheet for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Top each toasted slice with a few arugula leaves, halved mozzarella balls, and cherry tomato halves. Sprinkle with chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
- Finish each piece with a generous drizzle of Traditional Balsamic and serve immediately.
