Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons The Little Shop Walnut Oil
- 2 tablespoons The Little Shop Fig Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- Fresh thyme sprigs (for garnish)
- Crackers or bread (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Place the Brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
- Drizzle the walnut oil over the Brie, followed by the fig balsamic vinegar.
- Scatter the chopped walnuts on top of the Brie.
- Drizzle the honey over the walnuts and cheese.
- Bake the Brie in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and beginning to ooze.
- Remove the Brie from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
