Baked Brie with Cranberries and Aged Balsamic
Share
There are certain appetizers that make people gather around the table the moment they arrive. Warm baked brie is one of them.
This Baked Brie with Cranberries and Aged Balsamic is one of those recipes that looks beautiful on a platter but is wonderfully simple to make. It combines creamy melted brie with roasted cranberries, Franklin Raw Honey, and a splash of Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar for a sweet, tangy topping that feels both cozy and a little elegant.
The magic happens when the cranberries roast. As they warm in the oven with the honey and balsamic, they begin to soften and burst, creating a naturally vibrant sauce that’s sweet, tart, and just a little glossy.
Then the brie joins the pan.
After just a few minutes in the oven, the cheese becomes warm and soft inside while still holding its shape. When you spoon those roasted balsamic cranberries over the top, the flavors come together beautifully.
The Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic adds a gentle warmth that pairs perfectly with the cranberries and honey. It brings a depth of flavor that makes this appetizer feel special without needing many ingredients.
This baked brie is perfect for holiday gatherings, wine nights with friends, or any time you want an appetizer that feels festive but effortless.
Serve it with sliced baguette, crackers, or even crisp apple slices, and watch it disappear.
Simple ingredients, beautiful flavor, and a dish that always makes the table feel a little more welcoming.
