Apple Prosciutto Flatbread Pizza


  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • 4-6 slices of prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
  • Fresh arugula for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat your oven according to the flatbread or pizza crust package instructions.
  • Place the pre-made flatbread or pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the surface of the flatbread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ensuring an even coating.
  • Spread shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  • Arrange the thinly sliced apple slices and prosciutto slices over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the top.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake according to the flatbread or pizza crust package instructions, typically around 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once the flatbread is out of the oven, drizzle balsamic over the top.
  • Garnish with fresh arugula leaves for a peppery and refreshing touch.
  • Slice the flatbread into appetizer-sized pieces and serve warm.
