Grilled Corn on the Cob with Balsamic Drizzle

Grilled Corn on the Cob with Balsamic Drizzle at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

There is nothing quite like fresh corn on the cob hot off the grill, especially when it is finished with a few simple ingredients that make every bite even more delicious. This Grilled Corn on the Cob with Balsamic Drizzle is smoky, slightly sweet, beautifully charred, and full of summer flavor.

Before grilling, the corn is brushed with our Garlic Infused Olive Oil, which adds rich, savory flavor without the need to chop a single clove of garlic. As the corn cooks, the olive oil helps the kernels become tender and golden while creating those irresistible charred edges we all love.

Once the corn comes off the grill, it is finished with a drizzle of our Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar. Its smooth sweetness and deep, complex flavor are such a lovely match for the smoky corn and savory garlic olive oil. A sprinkle of crumbled cheese, fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lime bring everything together.

This easy grilled corn recipe is perfect for backyard cookouts, summer holidays, family dinners, or any night you are already firing up the grill. It pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, pork tenderloin, burgers, ribs, or steak—and it is simple enough to make all season long.

I love recipes like this because they show how just a drizzle of great olive oil and balsamic can transform an everyday ingredient into something truly special. Serve it straight from the platter, pass around plenty of napkins, and enjoy every sweet, smoky bite!
