Focaccia and EVOO


  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup additional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 package of Classic Focaccia Bread Mix
  • 1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes (sliced thin)
  • 1 Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sprig of rosemary for garnish


  • Prepare dough according to instructions in skillet or baking dish
  • Preheat your oven to 450 F
  • Place sliced tomatoes on top of uncooked dough
  • Sprinkle dough with salt and pepper
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Garnish with rosemary
