- 1 pound coleslaw mix (love this part)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white Champagne Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt/pepper (to taste)
- chives (garnish)
- celery seed (garnish)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add the coleslaw mix and toss lightly to combine.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Garnish with chives & celery seed for garnish
