Easy Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound coleslaw mix (love this part)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white  Champagne Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt/pepper (to taste)
  • chives (garnish)
  • celery seed (garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and toss lightly to combine.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with chives & celery seed for garnish
