Cinnamon Pear Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Share
This is one of those side dishes that surprises people—in the best way.
Sweet potatoes are already comforting, but when you roast them with Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar and Navel Orange Olive Oil, something really special happens. The balsamic caramelizes in the oven, bringing out the natural sweetness of the potatoes, while the olive oil adds a soft citrus note that keeps everything balanced. It’s sweet, savory, and just a little unexpected.
I love recipes like this because they don’t ask for much. A handful of ingredients, a hot oven, and a little patience—and suddenly you’ve got a dish that works just as well on a weeknight as it does on a holiday table. It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, pork, or even as part of a grain bowl.
Simple food, done well, always wins.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with Navel Orange Olive Oil and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar until evenly coated.

Serve warm.
Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- For extra caramelization, give the pan a little space—crowding slows browning.
- These reheat beautifully in the oven or air fryer.
- A sprinkle of fresh thyme or rosemary is lovely, but not necessary.
