Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a medium saucepan, bring the water (or broth) to a boil. Add the rice, Persian Lime Olive Oil, and salt. Stir, reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
Remove the rice from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and stir in the lime juice, lime zest, and fresh cilantro.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm alongside your favorite dishes like tacos, grilled meats, or seafood!
