Cavatappi Noodle Salad


  • 16 oz. Cavatappi Pasta (or any noodle you enjoy)
  • 4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise or Aioli 
  • 4 oz. blue cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil for finishing


  • Cook pasta according to package directions
  • Once cooked, strain and rinse with cold water
  • Place pasta, mayonnaise and cheese in large bowl and mix thoroughly
  • Drizzle with your favorite Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Serve and enjoy!
