Caramelized Sweet Onions with Oregano White Balsamic
Share
There’s something magical that happens to onions in the oven.
They start sharp and crisp, and slowly — with a little heat and patience — they turn soft, golden, and sweet. These Caramelized Sweet Onions are one of those recipes that prove simple ingredients can create the biggest flavor.
The combination of Garlic Premium Olive Oil and Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar is what makes this version special. The garlic olive oil adds warmth and depth, while the balsamic gently enhances the natural sweetness of the onions as they roast. A sprinkle of oregano at the end brings it all together.
I love serving these alongside grilled steak, roasted chicken, or even layered onto a sandwich. They’re tender, savory, and just sweet enough to feel balanced.
Sometimes the best dishes are the ones that take their time.
