This Salad Woke Up and Chose Flavor
Share
Some salads are just there to be healthy.
This one actually wants to be eaten.
Crisp romaine, creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, and a little bite of red onion set the stage — then the drizzle takes over. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil adds savory, herby depth, while Grapefruit Balsamic brings a bright citrus pop that makes every bite feel fresh and balanced.
It’s simple, but not boring. Fresh, but still satisfying. The kind of salad you make when you want something green and something delicious — especially in January, when we’re all craving lighter food that doesn’t feel like punishment.
This is your reminder that a great salad doesn’t need a long ingredient list… just really good oil, a splash of balsamic, and a little confidence.
