White Truffle Pizza

Sometimes the most luxurious flavors come from the simplest ingredients.
This White Truffle Pizza is proof that you don’t need a long topping list to make something memorable. A crisp crust, a brush of Garlic Premium Olive Oil, freshly grated Pecorino Romano, creamy mozzarella — and then the magic touch: a light drizzle of White Truffle Premium Olive Oil right as it comes out of the oven.
The key here is restraint. Truffle oil is powerful and beautiful, and just a drizzle transforms the entire pizza. It’s earthy, aromatic, and indulgent without being heavy.
This is the kind of pizza I love to serve sliced into small squares with a glass of wine. It feels special but effortless — perfect for a cozy night in or when friends stop by unexpectedly.
Simple. Elegant. And full of flavor.

A crisp, white-style pizza brushed with Garlic Premium Olive Oil, topped with Pecorino Romano and fresh mozzarella, and finished with a drizzle of White Truffle Premium Olive Oil.
Ingredients
-
9 ounces pizza dough
-
1 Tbsp Garlic Premium Olive Oil
-
¾ oz finely grated Pecorino Romano cheese
-
1½ oz fresh mozzarella
-
White Truffle Premium Olive Oil, for drizzling
-
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to its highest temperature (usually 475–500°F). If using a pizza stone, allow it to preheat fully.
Stretch or roll the pizza dough to approximately 12 inches in diameter.
Brush the dough evenly with Garlic Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Evenly sprinkle the Pecorino Romano and fresh mozzarella over the dough.
Bake on a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and finish with a light drizzle of White Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly cracked black pepper.
Slice and serve immediately.
Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- Less is more with truffle oil — start light and add more if needed.
- A sprinkle of fresh arugula after baking adds a nice peppery contrast.
- This pairs beautifully with a crisp white wine or sparkling water with lemon.
